Lovely large historic town house in the heart of the village, in a quiet little street, viewing the Monastery of St. Lucia. Nice location in Mancor de la Vall, near Inca at the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountain. The living area of this lovely town house is of 256 m2 on a plot of about 450 m2.
Originally this house was where wine was sold, so there are cellars underneath the house which stored the wine. This cellars can be reformed, currently used just to store water.
The property offers four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a very large master bedroom consisting of an en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi bath, sitting room and a balcony. Two further bathrooms, a large open lounge, a separate dining room and a good size partially equipped kitchen.
The house kept its Majorcan rural town characteristics and owns a couple of lovely stone feature walls (more can be revealed as most of the walls in this property are stone walls), beamed ceilings and an impressive stone facade with large wooden doors.
The outside boasts a patio with a BBQ area which has sun most of the day.
An extra feature is a gas central heating so the house is ready to be lived in.
Tucked into the foothills, Mancor de la Vall is a very cute little village also known for the "La Fira de l'Esclata-Sang", the mushroom fair held in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. While pine and oak trees cover the higher slopes, terraces covered with olive trees only a few kilometres from Inca's busy streets, life here is completely different.
The road continues from Mancor up the hillside to Santa Lucia Sanctuary and its worth the trip to see the wonderful views of the valley. It has easy access to Lloseta or the city of Inca itself from the Palma main road.
